Delete from the app
- Open the Kalbo app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately — this cannot be undone.
Can't access the app?
Email us at hello@kalbo.ai from the email linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify and process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your email address and profile (display name, country)
- All conversation history and transcripts
- Vocabulary and review progress
- XP, achievements, and streaks
- Usage statistics
- Push notification subscriptions
- Referral records
What is kept, and for how long
Records of your purchases and transactions are held by our payment providers (Google Play, Apple, Stripe, and RevenueCat) and retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws, even after your account is deleted. Anonymized, aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you may also be retained.
Delete only some data (keep your account)
If you want to clear your learning history without deleting your account, open the app and go to Settings → Clear history. This erases your conversations, vocabulary, and review cards while keeping your account active.
